Rachel Gillum

Rachel Gillum is an experienced professional in the ethical and humane use of technology, currently serving as Vice President at Salesforce after previously holding the position of Senior Director in the same area. Alongside this role, Rachel is a Technical Advisory Board Member at CareMessage, a member of the Trust & Safety Advisory Group at the Institute for Security and Technology (IST), and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab. Additionally, Rachel is affiliated with Stanford University, where involvement includes being a Fellow and Affiliate in the Immigration Policy Lab. Rachel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science from Stanford University.
