Dia Hernandez

Dia Hernandez has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dia started their career at Care-Dyne, Inc. in 1990 as the President of the management consulting firm, where they focused on health care ventures, technology, and system applications for health care. Dia worked with a variety of clients in the healthcare and related fields until their departure in 2012.

In 2008, they joined Pharma Dynamics, Inc., a member of the Walgreens family of companies, as the Vice President of Corporate Accounts. Here, they played a leadership role in developing new business and enhancing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Dia also collaborated with colleagues to develop new products and services. Dia left the company in 2013.

After leaving Pharma Dynamics, Inc., Dia Hernandez joined CareMetx, LLC in 2016 as the Vice President of Corporate Accounts. Dia then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Implementations in 2017. In these roles, they led development and launch planning teams for new client implementation projects and defined and enhanced processes and tools for the new implementations division. Dia managed cross-functional teams to support requirements gathering, product development, training, and launch. Additionally, they developed and enhanced new client relationships through project planning, contracting, and launch.

Dia Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Public Relations from Woodbury University in 1977. Dia later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Redlands, which they completed in 1985.
