Cyndi Palmer has extensive work experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and payroll management. Cyndi began their career in 2002 as a Payroll Coordinator at CareMount Medical, where they steadily progressed through various roles such as Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Manager, and Senior Manager of Payroll and Labor Management. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of HRIS Analytics Manager and later became the Director of HRIS Analytics. Currently, they are working as the Director of HRIS at Optum.
Cyndi Palmer received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from SUNY Empire State College from 2011 to 2014. Cyndi also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Plymouth State University from 1991 to 1995.
