Jessica L. Smith

Jessica L. Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Prior to this, from February 2020 to December 2022, they worked at Stericycle as the Director of Client Services and was responsible for overseeing a team of account managers and generating revenue. Before that, from May 2017 to February 2020, they served as the Manager of Client Services Team at Stericycle, where they managed relationships with internal and external partners and worked closely with the Product Team to improve the platform. From 2014 to 2017, Jessica worked at InQuicker as an Account Manager, focusing on partner retention and corporate strategy. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Counsel On Call, where they planned events, managed social media, and coordinated company events. Prior to that, they served as a Communications Manager at Wellspring Living from July 2011 to September 2012, establishing public relations and social media processes. Jessica L.
