Wendi Summers

In her role as EVP of Service Delivery at Carenet Health, Wendi Summers provides leadership for account management and service delivery, focusing on supporting Carenet’s rapid growth and continuous operational optimization. Wendi is an accomplished leader and problem-solver with 25+ years of experience in operations, organizational expansion and customer relationship management. Prior to joining in Carenet in 2022, she served as Vice President – Client Management and Development for Sitel Group, where she led high-performing teams and more than 5,000 customer service professionals at onshore, nearshore and offshore contact centers. Earlier at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated (recently acquired by Sitel Group), Wendi held a range of key strategic positions, including Vice President – Global Account Operations, Senior Director – Global Account Operations, Client Services Director and Call Center Director.
