Donna Lareau

Donna Lareau is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in case management and rehabilitation services. Since July 2017, Donna has served as a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist and previously held the position of Regional Director of Case Management at CareOne Management LLC. Prior experience includes roles as District Director of Case Management at Kindred Healthcare and Rehab Director at both HealthBridge Management and Norton Rehab Group. Donna also worked as Rehab Services Manager at Life Care Center of Raynham. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University between 1977 and 1982.
