Elizabeth Gullam

Elizabeth Gullam has extensive experience in program development and project management within the behavioral health sector and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Development Specialist at CareOregon since September 2019, Elizabeth has also taken on the role of Community Gathering Volunteer at Rahab's Sisters since August 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Project Management and Project Manager at Central City Concern, as well as leadership roles at Cambodia Tomorrow and Core Health & Fitness. Elizabeth's earlier career involved significant contributions in sales and marketing at Pearl Izumi and Yakima Products, culminating in a diverse skill set informed by a Political Science degree from Humboldt State University.
