Joe Chapman

Joe Chapman has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Joe has worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development at CareOregon since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Vancouver Clinic from 2019 to 2023.
