Mha David Russell Fache

David Russell, MHA, FACHE has over 34 years of work experience in various healthcare leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Business Development and Integration at CareOregon. Previously, they held executive positions at Adventist Medical Center - Portland, including President, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Vice President for Operations, VP for Marketing and Business Development, Director Contracting and Network Development, and Clinic Administrator. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice Principal of Finance at Auburn Adventist Academy and as the Vice President of Finance at Lifestyle Center of America. David began their career at Hanford Community Medical Center, where they held the roles of Vice President of Ancillary Services and Administrative Director.

David Russell, MHA, FACHE, holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Loma Linda University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Healthcare from Walla Walla University. Additionally, David Russell is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), an honor granted to him by the American College of Healthcare Executives in June 2007.
