Rodney Hicks, PhD, MPA, PMP has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in supply chain and project management. Rodney is currently serving as the VP of the Enterprise Project Management Office at CareOregon. Prior to this, they held positions such as Professor at the University of Arkansas Grantham and Head of Supply Chain at Bobbie Baby. Additionally, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at Evolve BioSystems, Inc., where they played a key role in developing and marketing probiotic-based biotherapeutics. Rodney has also worked in leadership positions at organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, OHSU, Affymetrix, Hewlett-Packard, and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, where they were responsible for managing supply chain operations and implementing strategic initiatives. With their expertise and experience, Rodney has demonstrated their ability to drive change, optimize resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Rodney Hicks, PhD, MPA, PMP has an extensive education background. Rodney holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management (Healthcare) from Walden University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a M.P.A. and B.A. in Information Systems and Organizational Development from Portland State University between 1988 and 1996.

In addition to their degrees, Rodney has obtained various certifications that further enhance their qualifications. In 2018, they became SCRUM Master Certified through VMEdu Inc. Previously, in 2010, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
