Yvette Velazquez

Yvette Velazquez has extensive experience spanning various roles in customer service and administrative support. Currently serving as a Provider Customer Service representative at CareOregon since June 2021, Yvette has previously worked as a Document Control Specialist at Oregon Iron Works and held multiple positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Administrative Assistant to the Director of Sales Operations & Broker Relations Manager, Employment Specialist, Employment Assistant, and Pharmacy Assistant. Additional experience includes working as a ZCA at ZOOM+Care, where responsibilities involved facility management and patient admissions, and as a Skin Care Consultant at SEPHORA, providing skincare education and sales support. Yvette completed education at the Aveda Institute of Portland from 2011 to 2013.
