Ciani Grisby

Ciani Grisby's work experience includes a role as a Client Support Specialist at CarePayment starting in November 2018. In this role, they support hospital clients by assisting them with patient or guarantor account issues related to the Carepayment program. Ciani Grisby graduated from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2018 with an Associate's degree in Business Management Technology. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern College of Business from 2001 to 2002, where they received a diploma in Medical Secretary. Ciani also holds additional certifications in Epic from Mercy Health, obtained in January 2011, BLS Provider from the American Heart Association, obtained in October 2017, Peer Interviewer from Mercy Health, obtained in January 2016, Practice Manager Program from Mercy Health, obtained in October 2014, and Preceptor Trainer from Mercy Health, obtained in January 2017.
