Gwen Dooley has extensive work experience in healthcare management and nurse practitioner roles. Gwen currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at CarePoint Healthcare since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at the same company starting in December 2017.

From November 2016 to December 2017, Gwen was the Chief Operating Officer at Radiology Imaging Associates / Invision Sally Jobe. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Physician Operations at the same company from May 2015 to November 2016. Gwen also worked as a Nurse Practitioner and Practice Manager at the company from November 2009 to May 2015.

Gwen's earlier work experience includes working as a Nurse Practitioner at Founders Family Medicine & Urgent Care from March 2007 to November 2009. Gwen also worked as a Nurse Practitioner and Affiliate Faculty at Regis University from 2006 to 2011.

Gwen began their education journey in 1998 at Regis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2002. Continuing their education, they then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nurse Practitioner from Regis University, completing it in 2004. Gwen Dooley further enriched their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's Degree in Project Management & Leadership at Colorado State University from 2014 to 2016. Recently, in 2023, Gwen has engaged in further professional development through a Professional & Executive Coaching program at The University of Texas at Dallas. Through these various educational endeavors, Gwen Dooley has cultivated expertise in nursing, project management, leadership, and coaching.
