Michelle Middleton

Michelle Middleton currently serves as General Counsel at CareRev, a company focused on connecting healthcare organizations with vetted professionals to enhance workforce flexibility and reduce labor costs. Prior to CareRev, Michelle held positions such as VP & General Counsel at Mapp Digital, Corporate Counsel at UpWind Solutions, Inc., and In-House Project Attorney at Sovereign Capital Management Group, among others. With a comprehensive legal background across various industries, including digital marketing and renewable energy, Michelle also gained experience in employment law as an intern at the Employee Rights Center and worked in human resources for the City of Belleville. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and has obtained degrees and certificates from multiple educational institutions, including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of the Pacific.
