Hannah Plasker has several years of work experience in customer service and account management roles. Hannah started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal and held this position until 2011. In 2011, they joined CareScout and worked as a Customer Service Coordinator for a year before transitioning to the role of Client Service Specialist. From 2013 to 2015, Hannah worked as a Care Coordination Specialist, where they managed a large case load and built a network of nurses across the country. Hannah then took on the role of Care Coordination Specialist Team Lead from 2015 to 2017, before becoming an Account Manager at CareScout. In this role, they served as the point of contact for day-to-day communication with B2B clients and ensured timely resolution of client issues.
Hannah Plasker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Framingham State University in the years 2007 to 2011. After that, they pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Regis College from 2015 to 2017.
