Elliot Francoeur

Elliot Francoeur has been in the Human Resources field since 2011. Elliot started as a Human Resources Officer at BNP Paribas in 2011, then moved on to HR Coordinator at Mokko Studio in 2012. In 2014, they joined Rodeo FX as an Operations & Global Talent Acquisition Director and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2019, they became the Human Resources Director at CareSimple - RPM, where they were responsible for providing hospitals, hospital systems, and physician groups with software, medical devices, connectivity, logistics and professional services required to improve their population health programs with scalable remote patient monitoring. Elliot is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Rodeo FX.

Elliot Francoeur obtained a Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines (B.A.A.) from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) between 2008 and 2011, studying Gestion des ressources humaines. In December 2020, they obtained HIPAA Awareness Training for Business Associates from HIPAA Training.
