Michael Nadeau, P.Eng. began their career in 1997 as the President, CEO & Founder of Flat World Investments. In 2009, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of CareSimple - RPM, where they developed an easy-to-use, secure, and scalable way to offer Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to at-risk patient populations. Michael also became President, CEO & Founder of TACTIO that same year, providing the world's best and most accessible connected care experience for patients in the comfort of their home. In 2010, they became a Board Member of Hermitage Country Club. In 2012, they became a Member of the Fundraising Campaign at CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation. In 2013, they were a Guest Lecturer at Harvard University. In 2016, they were a Guest Lecturer at Université de Montréal. In 2022, they became a Chevalier of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, an exclusive bacchanalian fraternity of Burgundy wine connoisseurs, and a Guest Lecturer at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management. Michael has also been a volunteer for Fondation Marcelle et Jean Coutu since 2004.

Michael Nadeau, P.Eng. completed their college degree from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf between 1977 and 1984, specializing in Sciences Pures. Michael then went on to pursue a P.ENG. from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained in 1989, focusing on Telecommunications Networks.
