Anne Fogler

Anne Fogler is an accomplished privacy and IT compliance professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as AVP of Privacy & IT Compliance at CareSource since May 2020, Anne previously held the position of Director of Privacy at Worldpay from April 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and promoting privacy by design in new projects. Anne's career at Omnicare, a CVS Health company, spanned nearly two decades, culminating in the role of Chief Privacy Officer. Additional experience includes positions at Vertical Solutions, Inc. and LDDS Communications. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
