Lisa Frantz

Lisa Frantz serves as the RN Team Lead at CareSource since June 2015, having previously advanced from the role of RN Case Manager, during which notable achievements included receiving the highest rating in the Immediate Employee Engagement Rating for 2017. With extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, Lisa also held the position of Community Health Center Director at Health Partners of Western Ohio, overseeing daily operations and staffing of a Federally Qualified Health Center. Prior to this, Lisa's roles included Registered Nurse in Emergency Room Medicine at Hardin Memorial Hospital, where critical care management and staff education were key responsibilities, as well as leadership positions at BIRCHHAVEN Retirement Village and Kenton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, where significant improvements in care and operations were accomplished. Educational qualifications include a Community Health Center Executive Fellowship from the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio Northern University, and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Rhodes State College.
