Amber Hearron

Amber Hearron is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the RN Team Lead at Children's Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Telephone Triage Clinical Nurse Educator at UT Southwestern Medical Center from October 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included educating both new and existing ambulatory nurses. Amber previously worked at Children's Health as an RN Team Lead in the Pediatric Group and as a Phone Triage Registered Nurse, along with two years of experience in a Level 4 NICU. Earlier experience includes a Pediatric RN role at Titus Regional Medical Center, and a short-term RN position in cosmetic surgery and women's health. Amber also has a diverse background outside of nursing, including roles as a personal stylist and leasing agent. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing Education and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
