William Baldwin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer care, operations, and technology within the managed healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Care & Consumer Experience at CareSource since April 2018, William leads initiatives to enhance customer service and claims processing in a regulated environment. Prior roles include Vice President of Member Care at TDECU, where William developed service strategies to improve member satisfaction, and Vice President Operations at USAA, overseeing the global member experience. Additional experience includes leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Chief Information Officer, GE Capital as Vice President Operations, and service as a Captain in the US Army. William holds a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Management of Technology from Fairfield University.
