Adam Phelps

Adam Phelps has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Adam began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Intern at Batesville Casket Company, where they gained valuable skills in contract negotiation and consolidation of manufacturing plants. From 2005 to 2012, they held various roles at Batesville Casket Company, including Human Resources Generalist and Manager of Human Resources in Logistics, where they provided support to a wide range of associates in a logistics network across North America.

In 2013, Phelps joined Rotex Global, LLC as the Director of Human Resources, where they continued to develop their expertise in HR. Adam then moved to CareStar in 2017, initially as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Vice President. In their current role at CareStar, they oversee multiple functions including human resources, strategy, communications, and business development.

Adam Phelps received their education primarily at the University of Cincinnati. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2012 to 2016, Phelps pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Additionally, in 2013, they completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to their higher education, Phelps attended LaSalle High School from 1997 to 2000.
