Andrea Spates Msn

Andrea (Cooper) Spates MSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at CareSTL Health, where they have been employed since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Chief Operations Officer at the same organization starting from August 2023. From August 2022 to August 2023, they served as the Director of Operations at CareSTL Health.

Before joining CareSTL Health, Andrea worked at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Andrea held the role of Nurse Administrator from September 2021 to August 2022 and the position of Nurse Manager from November 2019 to August 2022.

Andrea's experience also includes managerial positions at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Andrea was the Manager of Ambulatory Services from September 2017 to November 2019. Andrea also holds a Master's degree in Health Care and Nursing Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In addition, Andrea has received certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Interprofessional Education.
