Andreea Popa

Andreea Popa serves as the Europe Transformation Lead at Carestream Dental since October 2022, where key responsibilities include driving transformation initiatives and mentoring Operations teams in Lean thinking and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, Andreea held the position of Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior LSS Black Belt at Wipro Limited, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple accounts. At HP, Andreea progressed through various roles, including Senior Project Manager, where focus areas included IT asset management and omnichannel strategies, and Global Quality Lead, promoting operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier experience includes roles at GENPACT managing large teams and driving process improvements, and a position as Support Renewals Specialist at Oracle. Andreea holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese and Czech, complemented by scholarship studies in Foreign Languages and Literature in Prague.
