Craig Ulmer began their work experience in 1986 as a Department Manager at Kroger. In 1992, they joined Community Health Net as a Financial/Statistical Data Analyst before becoming an MIS Manager. From 1997 to 2000, they served as an MIS Coordinator at Choice Health, a partnership between Community Health Net and Primary Health Network. Craig then returned to Community Health Net as an MIS Coordinator from 2000 to 2011 before transitioning to the role of CIO from 2011 to 2017. Craig served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2018 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Community Health Net.
Craig Ulmer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2002.

Community Health Net (CHN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are multifaceted organization, providing healthcare dental care, vision care and other related healthcare services. We serve the homeless, economically disadvantaged, persons with HIV or AIDS, and anyone who needs healthcare services. We here at CHN ensure access to healthcare services for all individuals, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We do that by offering sliding fee discounts based on family size and income and nominal fees. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life in our region, by providing professional healthcare services with compassion, respect and dignity to all.
