Kingsley O'Kuesa

Kingsley O'Kuesa has over 25 years of experience in IT security and risk management. Kingsley is currently serving as the Global Director of Information Security & Security Officer at Caresyntax Corporation since April 2021. In this role, they have implemented various security programs and is responsible for managing budgets, projects, and strategic planning.

Prior to their current position, Kingsley worked as the Director of Information Security & Security Officer at Interactive Health, Inc from January 2017 to April 2021. Kingsley implemented IT security programs and ensured compliance with global Corporate Information Security controls.

From November 2010 to December 2016, Kingsley held the role of Director of Information Security & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at MultiPlan. Kingsley implemented IT security functions and managed a team of 21 individuals. Kingsley also implemented a HITRUST certification program and various cyber and cloud security programs.

Before that, Kingsley worked at Walgreens Corporation as the Information Technology Audit Manager and Risk Management. Kingsley managed the IT audit function and supervised the implementation of Identity Access Management solution.

In their earlier career, Kingsley held positions at Rockwell Automation and Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where they focused on IT consulting, risk management, and compliance. At Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, they managed IT security risks and implemented SEC Regulatory and Financial compliance programs.

Kingsley O'Kuesa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New Mexico Highlands University from 1975 to 1979. Later, from 1998 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services at Illinois State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in HITRUST Assessor Certification from HITRUST Alliance in April 2014 and in Santa Fe Group - CTPRP from Santa Fe Group in October 2012.
