Nicole Neal

Nicole Neal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Global VP Professional Medical Affairs at Caresyntax, where they oversee the department's operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Global Professional Medical Affairs at the same company.

Before joining Caresyntax, Nicole founded and operated their own consulting firm, BEC Development & Strategy LLC, where they provided consulting services to Olympus Global Surgical Devices Business Unit. Nicole played a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches, sales training, and change management strategies.

Nicole also gained extensive experience at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they held the position of Director of Hospital and Patient Services- Business Development. In this role, they successfully led and developed the Northeast and Great Plains Business Development sales organization, focusing on obtaining new referrals, increasing physician engagement, and reducing patient readmissions.

Additionally, Nicole had stints at SpinRiot, where they served as a Business Development Consultant, and at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), where they held various roles including Global Market Development, Hybrid Salesforce Leader, Professional Development & Training, and Senior Surgical Device Representative.

Nicole also held the position of Territory Manager at OsteoMed, where they managed and grew sales in the assigned territory, primarily focusing on maxillofacial and small bone orthopedic rigid fixation systems.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of exceeding goals and driving growth.
