Sergei Rapoport

Sergei Rapoport has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sergei currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Caresyntax, where they report directly to the CTO and provides leadership in software product/platform architecture and technology strategy. Prior to this, Sergei worked as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at American Family Insurance, where they implemented a cloud-native micro-service and serverless architecture. Sergei also spent a significant portion of their career at HCA, where they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer, managing teams and leading the conversion of the company's product to a microservices architecture. Sergei began their career as a Software Engineer at Fiserv Insurance Solutions and also worked as an Accenture Consultant, providing J2EE expertise to various teams and projects.

Sergei Rapoport is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, from 2021 to 2023. Sergei previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University, spanning from 2000 to 2004.
