Janet Park

Janet Park currently serves as Business Director of Operations and Transformation at Compass Group since July 2024 and is a member of the Board of Trustees for CareTrade UK Charitable Trust, focusing on training and support for autistic individuals entering the workforce. Previously, Janet held the position of Strategy & Transformation Director at ISS Facility Services UK, where efforts were centered on transforming FM Services, and held the role of London Regional Director & PFI Board Director at Semperian Infrastructure Group, overseeing a significant portfolio of projects valued over £1 billion. Janet's extensive experience also includes roles at Deutsche Bank, Interserve, COFELY UK, Telereal Trillium, OCS Group UK, and ISS Facility Services UK, encompassing responsibilities in facility management, strategy development, and operational leadership. Janet is a qualified Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt.
