Keran Boyd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Conference Producer at Windpower Monthly, where they focused on producing conferences related to energy and the environment. They then moved on to Green Power (Global) as a Program Manager, where they managed conferences in the renewable energy sector. Following that, they joined Media Voices as the Head of Event Content, overseeing the delivery of Digital Media Strategies and the British Media Awards. Keran then worked at Digiday as a Program Manager, Europe, before transitioning to a role at Be Loud: Climate as a Content Creator. They later joined IBC - International Broadcasting Convention, first as a Program Manager and later as a Webinar Producer. Currently, Keran is a Research Analyst at Caretta Research, and they also serve as a Research Assistant at the University of Dundee.
Keran Boyd pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Cape Town from 2005 to 2011. Following this, in 2018, Keran attended Code Academy to gain an introduction to Data Analysis. Moving forward, from 2021 to 2022, Keran pursued a Master's degree in Sustainability: Climate Change & the Green Economy at the University of Dundee.
