Lisa McDermott

Lisa McDermott is a seasoned Business Intelligence Professional at CARFAX since February 2001, currently serving in the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. Lisa's expertise encompasses full life-cycle development, data analysis, and dashboard creation, with a strong focus on teaching business users and advocating for BI self-service. Previous roles at CARFAX included Data Analytics/Dashboard Developer and BI Developer, where Lisa successfully introduced interactive dashboards, developed complex reports, and collaborated closely with stakeholders to enhance data insights and streamline workflows. Prior to CARFAX, Lisa worked as a Change Management Manager at TRW, overseeing acquisition projects and database management. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Decision Science and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
