Vishnu S.

Vishnu S. is a software engineer with experience in various roles focused on software development and machine learning. Currently at CARFAX since June 2022, Vishnu previously worked at BlackBerry as a machine learning developer, where ensemble learning models for natural language processing were developed and data pipelines using Apache Spark were built. Prior to that, Vishnu served as a business analytics developer for Halifax Regional Municipality, creating Python-based software for energy data extraction for the “Open Data” initiative. At DeepSense, a full-stack Django web application was developed to analyze genetic data. Vishnu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Dalhousie University, along with a certificate in full-stack web development from the University of Toronto and a high school diploma from the American School of Doha.
