Benjamin Yeboah

Benjamin Yeboah is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, having served as Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Director at Cargill from November 2016 to February 2022, where responsibility included leading a team of Quality Assurance/Control professionals and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations. Prior roles at Cargill included Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance and Food Safety Coordinator, where expertise in ISO 22000 and auditing was developed. Benjamin Yeboah holds a Master's degree in Food Quality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with a focus on Food Science, both obtained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
