Bradley Aydelott

Bradley Aydelott has over 23 years of experience in operations and leadership roles, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Cargill since September 2018, following positions as Maintenance Superintendent and Case Ready Maintenance Superintendent. Prior experience includes a notable tenure in the US Navy from November 1995 to August 2018, where Bradley held the title of Weapons Department Leading Chief Petty Officer. Bradley is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix, expected to be completed in October 2024, after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Leadership from the same institution in December 2021.
