Brian Sikora

Brian Sikora is a seasoned professional in the chemical engineering field with extensive experience at Cargill since May 2019, currently serving as a Fructose Refinery Supervisor II. In this position, Brian oversees safety, environmental, quality, and production goals across five departments while managing a team of twenty union operators. Previous roles at Cargill included Refinery Supervisor I and Production Management Engineer, where Brian focused on production scheduling and operational safety projects. Brian's earlier experience at the University of Dayton as a Neighborhood Fellow involved community engagement and support for residents.
