Brian Walther

Brian Walther, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Total Rewards Consultant at Cargill, focusing on compensation and total rewards consulting for various businesses within the Food North America division since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at ECG Management Consultants and Gallagher, specializing in healthcare provider compensation design and human capital solutions. Notable experiences include sales incentive plan design, global M&A due diligence, and compensation training. Brian also gained consulting experience through the Carlson Consulting Enterprise while pursuing an MBA at the University of Minnesota, where a comprehensive digital strategy and technology roll-out strategy were among the projects completed. Brian holds both an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
