Carolina Hood

Carolina Hood is an experienced professional in global trade compliance, currently serving as the Associate Director for Global Trade Compliance South Latam and Operations for Argentina at Cargill since February 2009. Carolina's career at Cargill includes roles such as Latam Global Trade Compliance Manager and South Cone Global Trade Compliance Lead, where responsibilities involve strategic planning and execution oversight for export and import operations across several South American countries. Prior to Cargill, Carolina held various legal positions, including practicing law at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, Baker & McKenzie, and Ernst & Young, with a foundational role as a Junior Attorney at ALAIS, TORRES BRIZUELA & DE PALACIOS. Carolina earned a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires between 1996 and 2002.
