Christopher Annand is a transformational compliance executive and servant leader with extensive experience in risk mitigation and operational excellence. They began their career at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they served as a Compliance Specialist and later as a Compliance Officer, earning recognition for their exceptional leadership. Christopher continued to elevate their career at Cargill, ultimately serving as Senior Director of the Ethics & Compliance Office, where they led global compliance initiatives and received multiple awards for their contributions. They also held roles at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, honing their skills in regulatory compliance and team leadership. Currently, Christopher is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at St. Olaf College.
