Dr. Dominik Spickermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the food ingredients sector, currently serving as Manager R&D EU & USA at Ohly since September 2017. Expertise includes leading scientific teams, product and process development focused on yeast derivatives and culinary powders, innovation management, and patent management. Previous roles include Manager Product Development and Lead Scientist Product Development at Ohly, as well as Research Scientist at Givaudan, specializing in process development for fragrance molecules. Dr. Spickermann holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
