Ezgi Saydam is a dedicated Process Design Assistant at Cargill since April 2023, specializing in fermentation applications within the food industry. Previously, Ezgi worked as a Molecular Biologist at Episome Biotechnologies, focusing on environmentally friendly solutions across various sectors and engaging with prospective investors in business development. Additional experience includes an Erasmus internship at TUM Campus Straubing, research internships at Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi, and a product manager position at Yesil Science. Ezgi holds a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from Gebze Technical University and has pursued further studies at Universität Siegen.
