Iris van Zoelen

Iris van Zoelen is an experienced professional in product development and management, currently serving as an Application Manager at Cargill since March 2024, focusing on meat and fish alternatives for the European and global market. Previously, Iris worked as a Product Development Specialist at Bflike and conducted a master's thesis at Bac2nature, researching the impact of bacterial diversity on gut microbiota. Iris has also held roles in quality assurance at Henri BV, completed a graduation assignment with Darling Ingredients, and specialized in product development for a circular vegetable yogurt at Floating Farm Rotterdam.
