Jaden Materi

Jaden Materi has extensive experience in commodity trading and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Commodity Merchant at Cargill since November 2022, Jaden focuses on cocoa and chocolate ingredients. Prior roles include Commodity Analyst at Cargill, specializing in cotton, and Petroleum Pricing Analyst at Pilot Flying J. Jaden also held positions at Trinity Consultants as a Consultant, assisting industrial clients with environmental regulations, and as an Environmental Engineer II with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Earlier experience includes an internship at Cargill as a Production Management Engineer and a role at the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality as a Surface Water Quality Scientist. Jaden holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
