Prakash Gajapathy is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Cargill since September 2010, currently serving as Senior Director Supply Chain. Key achievements include optimizing logistics to save $7 million, enabling freight cost reductions of $9 million, and identifying over $15 million in cost-saving opportunities. Prior to Cargill, Prakash held the position of Supply Chain Transformation Lead at ConAgra Foods, where significant reductions in inventory and warehousing costs were realized.
