Qiong Hu, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of animal sciences and research. Currently working at Cargill as a Senior Scientist in the Research and Development Department, Qiong is responsible for leading global sow innovation and research to develop new products for pork producers worldwide. Prior to this, Qiong worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of Missouri where Qiong managed clinical research projects focusing on dietary fat composition and human health. With a PhD from the University of Maryland and an MS from China Agricultural University, Qiong's academic background complements their professional expertise in the industry.
