Rafaella da Fonseca Rodrigues

Rafaella da Fonseca Rodrigues is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering, research and development, and product innovation across multiple companies in the agricultural and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Cargill since August 2023, Rafaella previously held roles at Anglo American as a Product Development Technologist, where the focus was on developing regionally specific products, and at Mosaic Fertilizantes as Chemical Process and R&D Manager, overseeing multiple sites and laboratories. Earlier career experience includes management positions at Vale, and engineering roles at Bunge, COPPE/UFRJ, and Maeda S.A. Agroindustrial. Rafaella holds a Doctorate Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, complemented by a Master's Degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
