Resti Anggraeni

Resti Anggraeni has a diverse work experience that includes roles in HR administration, lecturer assistance, dietetic internship, internship staff, expert assistance, and field officer positions. Notably, they worked at Cargill as an HR admin officer starting in 2022. Resti also served as a lecturer assistant at IPB University in 2020, where they taught courses related to food and nutrition planning and ecology. Additionally, they completed a dietetic internship at RSU Kabupaten Tangerang in 2020, implementing food service management and food quality control in hospital settings. In 2019, Resti worked as an internship staff at CV MWA Training and Consulting, where they analyzed food consumption and availability data and prepared food and nutrition planning for West Java Province. Resti also served as an expert assistant at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, supervising the implementation of child health programs and providing nutrition counseling on stunting. Moreover, they worked as a field officer at IPB University in 2019.

Resti Anggraeni pursued their education at SMAN 2 Kotabumi from 2013 to 2016, where they graduated as the Valedictorian. Resti studied Mathematics and Natural Sciences during their time there. Later, they attended IPB University from 2016 to 2022, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Resti Anggraeni obtained various certifications. In May 2022, they completed the Awareness Halal Assurance System (HAS) 23000 in Food Industry program, as well as certifications in Food Safety in Food Industry (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 V5.1), Quality Assurance (QA) in Food Industry, Quality Control (QC) in Food Industry, and Research and Development (R&D) in Food Industry, all from Makin Ahli. Furthermore, in December 2021, they acquired the Competency of Nutritionist certification from Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Gizi Indonesia (AIPGI) & Persatuan Ahli Gizi Indonesia (PERSAGI).
