Rupanshu Tandon

Rupanshu Tandon's work experience includes serving as a Software Engineering Associate Director at Cargill, where they lead an engineering team in designing, developing, deploying, and enhancing software solutions. Rupanshu provides oversight and guidance to deliver scalable and resilient products, grows team capabilities, and prioritizes resources. Prior to Cargill, they worked as a Technical Lead at the same company, leading a team in developing Cargill's product-centric digital platform.

Rupanshu also worked at Aspect Software as a Consulting Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a flexible cloud contact center solution and designing APIs for external integration. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India as a Principal Consultant and Senior Lead Engineer, and at IBM as a Team Lead. Rupanshu began their career at SunGard as an IT Analyst, Associate Software Engineer, and Project Intern.

Rupanshu Tandon's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In 2022 and 2023, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and pursued a program called "Growth Strategy for Business Leaders."

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rupanshu Tandon also holds several certifications. Rupanshu obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020. In February 2020, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the same institution. Rupanshu is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Office SharePoint Server 2007, Application Development (MCTS), which they obtained in March 2011. Rupanshu also received the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification in Web-based Client Development in August 2008. Furthermore, Rupanshu obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in February 2020, and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021.
