Shailja Tewari

Shailja Tewari is a professional with a strong background in human resources and technology. Currently employed as a Trainer at Ummeed Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. since February 2021, Shailja has previously served as an HR Management Trainee and a Graduate Management Trainee at Reliance Retail, where projects focused on diversity in HR, post-recruitment processes, and the impact of COVID-19 on employee behavior were undertaken.
