Sharon Thomas

Sharon Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner for Plants - Food at Cargill since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon held several leadership positions at Diageo, including Sr General Manager - Supply People Transformation and General Manager - HR Business Partner, from April 2020 to June 2024. Additional experience includes HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings, along with an earlier position as a Design Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Sharon holds a PG Diploma in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
