Yann Fournis possesses extensive experience in the agro-food and agriculture sectors, particularly in poultry nutrition and health. Since March 2011, Yann has held multiple leadership roles at Cargill, including Gut Health Additives Poultry Category Lead, Additives Technology Deployment Lead, and Global Additives Technology Leader. Prior to this, Yann worked as a Data Manager at Stork Food Systems, focusing on behavioral data analysis related to poultry slaughter methods. Educational credentials include an Agronomy Engineering degree in Zootechnics from Ensar and a Master's degree in Functional, Behavioral, and Evolutionary Ecology from Université de Rennes I.
